We connect young people from Niš who have an idea, ambition or curiosity about business with founders and leaders who have already walked that path. No lectures. Just experience, honest conversation, and your first concrete steps.
Hi! We're Saša, Mia, Aleksa, Sofija, Elena and Mihajlo. What connects us at first glance is the FLEX program, through which we made dreams real (and opened the door to dreaming bigger) by living a year in the US, trading cultures, and practicing skills like leadership, initiative, flexibility and communication.
Now that we're back in Serbia, it's time to bring what we learned about entrepreneurship, life and work in America — and the principles behind them — into our own communities. That's exactly what brought this team together: a wish for a community of people who care about entrepreneurship and business.

A room full of young people who want to start something, and people who already have. It's not a lecture, not a course, not a conference. It's closer to a live podcast: we sit together, talk honestly, and the initiative is on every participant.
The goal is to leave with a clear picture of your first steps, at least one new connection, and the feeling that your idea isn't as far off as it looks right now.

Founder and director of Nais Robotics since 2022. At Coming, he led and invented RoboShepherd: a robot that watches livestock in a pasture in place of a person, developed with engineers from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš. Before that, nine years at Niš Ekspres, from transport engineer to director of operations. Koško and Rentomat are also behind him.
A founder or leader who has walked this path.
A company leader or young founder close to the audience's age.
Not theory — something you can actually do on Monday, for your own idea.
At least a few new connections with similar ambitions, and direct access to people who've already made this journey.
Hearing someone's story firsthand turns what looked out of reach into the next step.
Whoever shows up is invited into a group where the conversation continues after 24 September.
No. It's enough to be curious about entrepreneurship, or just curious what it actually looks like.
That's exactly what the event is designed for. The first part exists purely so everyone steps out of their comfort zone and meets new people before the panel starts.
No. Just show up, and if you'd like, bring one question you've been wanting to ask someone.
Yes. The only thing we ask is that you register in advance, so we know how many people to expect.
